Coaches may use this form to request assistance from the Wildcat Booster Club for an item or equipment that will benefit the entire team.  

This form should also be used for purchases being deducted from Team Account Funds.  

The Wildcat Booster Club has available $500.00 per program to assist with supporting our athletes with things like specialized training, equipment, camp tournaments, etc.

Team Account Funds are dedicated accounts managed by the Wildcat Booster Club and contributed to from each individual team. 

As always the Wildcat Booster club welcomes suggestions and requests for additional equipment purchases that will benefit the athletes for years to come.
