Tradition Redefined: Booster Club 2020

For decades the Wildcat Booster Club has supported the Athletic Programs at Walt Whitman High School and Stimson Middle School. A part of South Huntington Sports the Booster Club does more than sell pretzels at games!

Did you know that the Booster Club has donated items to the district ranging from the scoreboard at Stimson to the digital camera equipment used at Whitman? We help cover expenses for teams that make state finals and provide scholarships to student athletes every year!

This year we found ourselves with a very limited sports program and very few events to host. That didn’t stop us though. Instead, we took that time to not only reflect on the clubs long standing tradition of supporting our athletic program, but we wanted to take this time to re-design what those traditions will be moving forward.

With this “down time” we decided it was the perfect time to redefine what we do, reinvent ourselves and improve upon what we do with our community.

Welcome to the beginning of the new Wildcat Booster Club!! We look forward to bringing our members additional value and becoming a resource for South Huntington athletes and their families.
